Our Story

 Since 2014, the Corona Family has shared the Mexican tradition and culture with their local community.

 

It all began in 2007, with their very own food truck. Consistency, determinination and ambition were key. They were on the streets seven days a week serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. They dedicated their time cooking some of the most authentic dishes, those that you won’t find anywhere else but in Mexico. After many trials and tribulations, they opened their first location in the summer of 2014. With plans to expand and open new locations in the near future.

We invite you, your family and friends to experience a taste of Mexico. We use only the freshest, finest ingredients in our dishes. Many of our items are made from scratch, including our salsa, hand-rolled enchiladas and queso dip (a customer favorite.) More often than not, you will find the Corona Family serving you and sharing our story with you.
